Three previously described mutant Escherichia coli glutaminyl-tRNA synthetase (GlnRS) proteins that incorrectly aminoacylate the amber suppressor derived from tRNATyr (supF) with glutamine were cocrystallized with wild-type tRNAGln and their structures determined.
