Non-tumorigenic HeLa x skin fibroblast human hybrid cells were UVC-irradiated (10 J/m2) and induced to neoplastic transformation with accompanying morphological change and expression of the HeLa tumour-associated antigen, intestinal alkaline phosphatase (IAP).
