In this report we demonstrate that B cells from CBA/N or (CBA/N x BALB/c)F1 male mice with x-linked immunodeficiency, that have very limited ability to present antigen to antigen-specific T cells, acquire this function following preincubation with IL-1, IL-4 and to a lesser degree with IL-6 and IL-5.
