Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a common disorder characterized by cardiac dilation and reduced systolic function. To identify a cardiomyopathy gene, we studied a family with DCM associated with sinus node dysfunction, supraventricular tachyarrhythmias, conduction delay, and stroke.
