The sites of calcium-dependent dibasic endoprotease (Kex2; yscF) activity have been ultracytochemically localized in exponential cultures of haploid (alpha) wild-type strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, in its pep4-3 mutant and in the kex2 mutant.
