To determine the capability of alpha PDGFR to couple with chemotactic signaling, we established 32D cells expressing wild type alpha PDGFR (alpha RWT), a kinase-defective mutant of alpha PDGFR (alpha R627R), or wild type beta PDGFR (beta RWT).
