Molecular, cellular and serological analysis of Major Histocompatibility Complex alleles was performed on three individuals who appeared to be HLA-DR10 homozygous by DNA restriction fragment analysis. Each donor was of different ethnic origin: Caucasoid, Asian Indian and African Negroid.
