Using an in vitro expansion and differentiation system for human CD34+ cord blood (CB) progenitor cells, we analyzed the induction and expression kinetics of the granulomonocyte associated lysosomal proteins myeloperoxidase (MPO), lysozyme (LZ), lactoferrin (LF), and macrosialin (CD68).
