ABSTRACT: VEXAS (vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X linked, autoinflammatory, somatic) syndrome is a clonal hematoinflammatory disorder affecting older, predominantly male patients, characterized by systemic inflammation and progressive bone marrow failure.
