The incidence of IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is increasing, and some observational studies reported the potential correlation of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with the risk of IgAN. We performed a bidirectional Mendelian randomization analysis to determine the causal relationship between PCOS and IgAN.
