Diagnosing ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors can be difficult in some cases due to the overlapping morphologic and immunohistochemical (IHC) features, especially for adult granulosa cell tumors (AGCTs), juvenile granulosa cell tumors (JGCTs), Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors (SLCTs), and thecomas.
