We report on the use of molecular profiling to diagnose epidermotropic metastatic melanoma (EMM) in a patient who presented with eruptive primary melanomas. On histopathology, the patient's metastatic lesions resembled superficial spreading melanomas and were indistinguishable from independent primary melanomas.
