We present two pediatric cases of pediatric low-grade gliomas (PLGG) with BRAF V600E mutations diagnosed and monitored using cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) liquid biopsy analyzed via digital droplet PCR (ddPCR), without tissue biopsy.
