Triple-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (TN-MPN) are diseases characterized by absence of the three driver mutations in JAK2, CALR, or MPL, but still exhibit histological and phenotypic features sufficient to diagnose myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN).
