OBJECTIVE: To analyze and confirm the ambiguous results of HLA-DRB1 genotyping in one case. METHODS: HLA genotyping was performed on a sample of hematopoietic stem cell donor using Illumina MiSeq-based next-generation sequencing (NGS).
