PURPOSE: The National Cancer Institute Molecular Analysis for Therapy Choice (NCI-MATCH) (EAY131, ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT02465060) trial pairs patients with targeted therapies on the basis of tumor genomic alterations.
