Monoclonal B-cell lymphocytosis of marginal zone origin (MBL-MZ) is an indolent clonal disorder with potential progression to lymphoma. MYC rearrangements (MYCr), typically linked to aggressive B-cell lymphomas, have not been reported in MBL-MZ.
