PURPOSE: NCI selected a network of Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments-certified laboratories performing routine next-generation sequencing (NGS) tumor testing to identify patients for the NCI Molecular Analysis for Therapy Choice (NCI-MATCH) trial.
