INTRODUCTION: ETV6::JAK2 is a fusion known to drive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in the presence of other genomic lesions which define the JAK/STAT class of Philadelphia chromosome-like acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (Ph-like ALL).
