Our study reveals a platinum-resistant epithelial cell subcluster E0 and its association with TACSTD2 in HGSOC, uncovers new insights and evidence for the platinum resistance mechanism, and provides new ideas and targets for the development of therapeutic strategies against TACSTD2+ epithelial cancer cells.
