Undifferentiated carcinoma with osteoclast-like giant cells (UCOGC) of the pancreas is a rare malignancy regarded as a subvariant of pancreatic ductal carcinoma (PDAC) characterized by variable prognosis. UCOGC shows a strikingly similar spectrum of oncogenic DNA mutations to PDAC.
