Despite epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) have shown remarkable efficacy in patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), acquired resistance inevitably develops, limiting clinical efficacy.
