To the Editor: Monocytic switch is a well-known phenomenon in acute leukemia with BCR::ABL1 or KMT2a-r, but is a more recent finding in B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with PAX5 P80R or DUX4::IGH genetic alterations.
