The MYB/MYBL1::QKI fusion induces the protooncogene, MYB, and deletes the tumor suppressor gene, QKI. MYB/MYBL1::QKI rearrangement was previously reported only in angiocentric glioma (AG) and diffuse low-grade glioma.
