TRAF7 somatic mutations are rare and have been reported in meningiomas, intraneural perineuriomas, and mesotheliomas. Triggered by an index case of an unclassified low-grade mesenchymal tumor with TRAF7 mutation as the only genetic alteration, we searched our files and identified 2 additional cases with similar features.
