T cell large granular lymphocyte leukemia (T-LGLL) is an interesting case at the intersection of autoimmunity and cancer. In T-LGLL, T cells with somatic pathogenic mutations (mainly in STAT3) are linked to rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and neutropenia.
