PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Therapy-related myeloid neoplasms (t-MNs) are aggressive leukemias that develop following exposure to DNA-damaging agents. A subset of patients developing t-MN may have an inherited susceptibility to develop myeloid neoplasia.
