OBJECTIVES: To investigate the gene mutational profile of urachal carcinoma in correlation with its clinicopathologic features. METHODS: We analyzed genetic mutations in 30 cases of urachal carcinoma by next-generation sequencing (NGS) test. Histologic slides and clinical data were reviewed.
