Abstract excerpt
Mutations in isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) 1 or IDH2 occur in most of the adult low-grade gliomas and, less commonly, in cholangiocarcinoma, chondrosarcoma, acute myeloid leukemia, and other human malignancies.
