We evaluated the mutational landscape of chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and its potential clinical significance. We analyzed 47 samples with a panel of 112 genes using next-generation sequencing. Forty-five of the 47 patients (95.74%) had at least one mutation identified, with an average of 3.7 (range 0-9) per patient.
