PURPOSE: Metastatic breast cancer (MBC) is not curable and there is a growing interest in personalized therapy options. Here we report molecular profiling of MBC focusing on molecular evolution in actionable alterations. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN: Sixty-two patients with MBC were included.
