Objective: Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)was used as the research emphasis to further investigate the mechanisms of apoptosis of FLT3-ITD-mutated leukemia cells and decreased expression of FLT3-ITD mutated protein induced by all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA).
