Abstract: Retinoic acid receptor gamma (RARG) belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily and has 90% homology to RAR alpha (RARA) and RAR beta. The promyelocytic leukemia ( PML ) –RARA fusion gene has been implicated in acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
