PURPOSE: To investigate the associations of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in the SNTB1 gene with high myopia in a Han Chinese population. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Based on previous studies, four SNPs from the SNTB1 gene were chosen for genotyping.
