Sinonasal Teratocarcinosarcoma (SNTCS) is a rare and histologically heterogeneous tumor of uncertain origin and unknown molecular pathogenesis. Its location and aggressiveness, with frequent recurrences, high rate for metastasis and short mean survival, make SNTCS a tumor highly difficult to treat.
