Allele-specific copy number analysis of tumors (ASCAT) assesses copy number variations (CNV) while accounting for aberrant cell fraction and tumor ploidy. We evaluated if ASCAT-assessed CNV are associated with survival outcomes in 56 patients with WHO grade IV gliomas.
