PRAME (PReferentially expressed Antigen in MElanoma) is a melanoma-associated antigen. Although diffuse immunoreactivity for PRAME is found in most primary cutaneous melanomas, melanocytic nevi express PRAME usually only in a subpopulation of tumor cells or not at all.
