PURPOSE: To detect the presence of MYD88 L265P mutation in the aqueous humor of patients with cytologically proven vitreoretinal lymphoma. METHODS: Eight consecutive patients with bilateral vitreoretinal lymphoma (16 eyes) were prospectively evaluated.
