Oncogenic EGFR is essential for the development and growth of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but the precise roles of EGFR in lung cancer metabolism remain unclear. Here, we show that EGFR mutation-mediated enhancement of glycolysis is critical for EGFR stability.
