Antibody engineering is important for many diagnostic and clinical applications of monoclonal antibodies. We recently reported a series of fragment crystallizable (Fc) mutations targeting the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) site on a Lewis Y (Ley) binding IgG1, hu3S193.
