White-fruited mutants of Fragaria vesca, and one of F. x ananassa, were studied to determine the identity and quantity of major flavonols (FVLs), flavan-3-ols (FV3Ls), hydroxycinnamic acids (HCAs), and ellagic acid (EA)-derived compounds, by using HPLC-MS.
