Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) are a group of related clonal hemopoietic stem cell disorders associated with hyperproliferation of myeloid cells. They are driven by mutations in the hemopoietic stem cell, most notably JAK2V617F, CALR, and MPL.
