We subjected 90 patients covering a biological spectrum of plasma cell dyscrasias (monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), amyloid light-chain (AL) amyloidosis and multiple myeloma) to next-generation sequencing (NGS) gene panel analysis on unsorted bone marrow.
