Craniopharyngiomas are rare histologically benign but clinically challenging neoplasms. To obtain further information on the molecular genetics and biology of craniopharyngiomas, we analyzed a cohort of 121 adamantinomatous and 16 papillary craniopharyngiomas (ACP, PCP).
