UNLABELLED: In Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV), poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP-1) acts as an inhibitor of lytic replication. Here, we demonstrate that KSHV downregulated PARP-1 upon reactivation.
