Atypical Spitz tumor with loss of BAP1 or Wiesner nevus is a peculiar variant of intradermal spitzoid melanocytic neoplasm composed of epithelioid melanocytes with a sheet-like growth pattern, abundant infiltrating lymphocytes and rare or absent mitotic activity.
