PURPOSE: The relationship between clinical data and genetic ancestry in Brazilian patients with primary congenital glaucoma (PCG) was studied. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Thirty patients with PCG and 60 unrelated controls underwent a complete ophthalmological examination.
