A 60-year-old woman presented with diffuse lymphadenopathy. Diagnostic and staging work-up showed that the patient had diffuse small cleaved cell lymphoma (diffuse poorly differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma) with associated histiocytes (lymphoepithelioid cell lymphoma) by the Kiel classification system.
