Antituberculosis drug-induced liver injury (ATDILI) is the most prevalent hepatotoxicity in many countries. All of the three first-line antituberculosis drugs, isoniazid, rifampicin, and pyrazinamide, may induce hepatic damage, especially isoniazid.
