In this study, we examined phenotypic features of human Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem cells-derived oligodendrocytes. We induced human WJMSCs to form OLs by signaling molecules including basic fibroblastic growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor-AA, and triiodothyronine hormone.
